THE BLOOD. Take communion DAILY with the Lord individually, or as a family. As you meditate on the remembrance of the cross daily pleading the BLOOD OF JESUS over your body giving your whole self as a sacrifice to Him as He did for you, you will see the Holy Spirit of God begin to radiate from within you sustaining your body in perfect health.
It doesn’t have to be with the fancy communion cups you take at church. Just grab some grape juice from the store and a piece of bread from the cabinet. You don’t even have to have grape juice, drink water if you have to. It’s not about the items, it’s about the position of your heart to honor and worship Him.
GUYS THIS IS POWERFUL, and will change your life if you take communion daily.
In the Bible (Acts 2:46) they broke bread DAILY. Why aren’t we following their example?
Okay Okay, I know what some of you are thinking…what about the verse
“So anyone who eats this bread or drinks this cup of the Lord unworthily is guilty of sinning against the body and blood of the Lord. That is why you should examine yourself before eating the bread and drinking the cup.”
1 Corinthians 11:27-28 NLT
Don’t allow the enemy to steal the BEAUTIFUL GIFT in taking communion with his fear.
It’s SIMPLE. Take a moment to repent. “Lord forgive me for anything I’ve done knowingly or unknowingly that was not of you, please help me to do better in Jesus name.”
OR say the LORD’S PRAYER that Jesus himself gave us….
“Pray then like this: “Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.”
